Adorable Little Pup Has A Massively Epic Encounter With A Large Bird!

Adorable pup Sugarfoot was enjoying a calm, relaxing day with her Mom Natalaya Hines when a shocking incident occurred that nearly had the poor pup in a very messy situation indeed!

Sugarfoot was running around a Pennsylvania park while her Mom looked on adoringly when, all of a sudden, a gigantic bird of prey swooped down over them, taking them all by surprise. Evidently, Sugarfoot’s tiny form made her look just like a common prey animal, and this bird was intent on making her into a meal. Oh no!

Luckily, the bird seemed just as confused as Sugarfoot was. Realizing that the pup wasn’t actually a small prey animal for it to capture, it dramatically turned away at the very last moment possible. It was as though it had gotten close enough to see clearly, thought “Oops, sorry, wrong mammal!”, and flew back off again! A video of the heart-stopping encounter was caught on camera, and it’s every bit as tense and nerve-wracking as it sounds!

Imagine being jumpscared by a bird who might decide to carry you off for lunch, and you’ll get a good idea of just how frightening it was for Sugarfoot, and for her Mom! Luckily, the pup was completely unscathed. And, surprisingly, she didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation that could have been, so she carried on running around happily while her Mom suppressed a pretty big heart attack!

It was a very surreal situation, and to Hines, it has reminded her even more that she needs to always be keeping a close eye on the little pup. She urges other pup Moms and Dads to do the same.
