Adorable Pup Can't Believe His Family Brought Home A New Puppy Without Consulting With Him First!

Kevin has always loved being an only child – or, rather, an only pup. For a blissful four years, he enjoyed undivided affection and attention from Mom Carleigh Johnson Stroup, and Dad too. He would take up all their lap space day after day.

But then, just a couple of months ago, the family decided to bring in Lyle, a tiny little puppy with lots of energy, and add him to their humble abode. There’s just one problem – they never got Kevin’s permission, and he was none too thrilled with the change in dynamic at home!

When Kevin first saw Lyle, he gave his Mom and Dad an absolutely disappointed expression. He couldn’t understand why they would go and adopt a pup who is essentially enthusiasm personified when they already had him!

It’s safe to say that Lyle and Kevin are total opposites. Kevin is laid-back and Lyle is whirling excitement. But despite their differences, Lyle really looks up to and loves Kevin. In fact, he totally adores and obsesses over him, following Kevin just about anywhere he goes.

Kevin now no longer has his quiet time to snooze and lounge around, but he’s slowly managed to warm up to Kyle. Now, he sees the value in having a little brother to hang out with, and he has a companion who can be with him when Mom and Dad are away.

There’s still a little more adjustment going on as Kevin and Lyle get used to each other. The main issue is Lyle’s rambunctious energy, but as he grows up, Mom and Dad are sure that he’ll tone down enough for Kevin to keep up with.

As it turns out, Kevin never needed to worry about losing the attention of his parents – they have more than enough for both of them!
