German shepherd pups are known for their obedience and steadfastness, which allows them to make great military and police dogs, or even just be awesome guard dogs for any home!
As fierce as this makes them sound, many of these pups are actually just well-trained softies with a big heart! Take Thorin, for example! This big, strong pup is also a tender and gentle guardian for a number of little duck chicks. The fluffy baby birds huddle between his front paws as he carefully embraces them, keeping a watchful eye over each one.
These chicks can rest easy knowing that they’re safe in the hands – or rather, the paws – of their dog guardian!
