Curious Little Dachshund Pup Can't Wait To See Mama Again!

Meet curious George. No, this little dachshund pup’s name is not George, but hes definitely as curious as our favorite animated character! Who is he looking for? His mommy of course. It’s feeding time!

This little fur ball is 5 weeks old and he’s still mama’s pet! He was contained in a little space with his human parent, but he wasn’t completely convinced, he wanted his mama back, because after all, it was feeding time! We all know that puppies grow quickly and when they’re about 3 to 4 weeks old, they usually transition from mommy’s milk to solid foods. And from the looks of it, this little guy was in the transition period, but still wanted mama!

But weaning should be an important part of your fur ball’s life. According to The Nest, “The nursing process is an important part of your pups’ health and development. Mother’s milk provides the nutrition and antibodies they need to fight off disease.
