Houseguests Left Laughing Out Loud After Reading This Adorable Pup's Rules!

Being a pup parent is a learning experience. You don’t exactly get an instruction booklet to figure out how to act around a dog! Well, that is, unless that pup happens to be Hank the golden retriever.

Hank’s “aunt”, Lindsey Swimm, knows just how much he and her sister Abbey love each other. They’re inseparable and Hank loves his Mom to the moon and back – but even then, he can’t control his energetic little doggy heart!

You see, this pup is very easily distracted. Whenever he sees a random rabbit, bird, bicycle, or passerby, he can’t help chasing after it. Unfortunately, visitors and house guests aren’t aware of just how wild and unpredictable this pup can sometimes be. That’s when Abbey came up with a great – and hilarious – idea!

Abbey got to work typing out a list of “Hank Rules” for the pup. To begin with, it explained how Hank whining at the door means a need to go to the bathroom – and then what followed were some very humorously articulated rules about how the pup is never to be brought out without a leash and, most funnily, never to be trusted at all!

Naturally, Lindsey found all of this absolutely hilarious. Sure, it’s a simple rule sheet that can be related to lots of different dogs, but these are lessons that Abbey learned through plenty of mistakes.

Still, despite how much trouble Hank can be, it’s an understatement to say that his family loves him so much. He’s goofy, fun, and loving, and every bit of his personality and affection is worth the heart attacks he gives his Mom whenever he runs off again!
