Sad And Depressed, This Pup Is Looking For Her Forever Home. Can You Help?

Sad And Depressed, This Pup Is Looking For Her Forever Home. Can You Help?

For some pups, the atmosphere of an animal shelter is far too stressful. That’s why it’s important for these pups to be able to get out as soon as possible!

Sprite the Chihuahua and dachshund pup mix was picked up and sent into the Baldwin Park Shelter as a stray, but has on a collar. Being at the shelter has made her extremely nervous and frightened, and although she seems interested in other pups, she is far too frightened to make friends and walks around with her tail between her legs. However, despite her fear, the pup has shown no signs of aggression whatsoever, not even by barking.

Staff at the shelter feel certain that, if she were to be removed from the shelter environment, the pup would perk right back up, as it seems that it’s the shelter itself that frightens her the most. So if you’d like to help take her out and give her a home, she’d be grateful! Also, if you know this pup and the family that put a collar on her, contact the shelter as soon as possible.

You can reach the Baldwin Park Shelter at (626) 962-3577 or visit it at 4275 Elton St, Baldwin Park, CA 91706. Like and share to help this pup out!
