See How This Adorable Pup Dazzles As Winner Of The 38th Annual Beautiful Bulldog Contest

Get ready to find out about the greatest event that you never knew you absolutely needed to attend. It’s the annual Beautiful Bulldog Contest, held this year at the Knapp Center of Drake University.

This year marked the show’s 38th installment, and it was attended by more than 1200 people and spectated live by 4000 people online.

38 bulldog pups competed for the grand prize dressed in a wide array of costumes, from uniforms to celebrity or character impersonations. But the person who took home that coveted prize and got to wear the cape and crown and sit atop the throne was Prudence, a two-and-a-half-year-old pup dressed in a blue tutu and a diamond necklace.

The pup’s beautiful, sweet brown eyes were all it took to win over the judges, as well as her energetic but loving personality. She even had a whole crowd of supporters from the Fleet Feet Des Moines running club cheering her on! Prudence’s dazzling gorgeousness won her the competition – a well-deserved triumph, indeed.
