The hardest part of being a pet owner is when the life of our beloved pet comes to an end. It is one of the most painful decisions we will ever have to make.
We want our pets to be with us for as long as possible. But, sometimes, we may hold on when we need to let go. The pet parents in the images below have gotten tattoos of their beloved fur baby so that they will never forget and never be without them! Some of the tattoos are touching, tiny little reminders; others cover an entire forearm or chest! When it comes to love, we all show it in different ways.

If you are squeamish about getting a tattoo, there are other ways to memorialize your pet. Many times, you can get your pet cremated and have their ashes in a lovely urn. You may also consider taking a snip of their fur and a paw print in plaster to remember them forever.
