While there’s no denying that cats and pups can become friends, sometimes playtime can get pretty rough. Meet Simba, an adorable, playful golden retriever who just wants to play with his best friend, Fireball the cat. But this pup’s playtime is far too aggressive for this poor kitty!

Simba tries to put Fireball’s face in his mouth, to which Fireball swats at him. Mostly, though, the kitten remains pretty calm throughout the proceedings. But then Simba succeeds in latching his little mouth around the kit’s face, and Fireball tries to remain patient but fails as he lets out a string of sad little meows!

The pup is just so happy to be playing with his buddy that he doesn’t notice his kitty friend’s annoyance until the kit nips at his jawline to get him to stop! What a friendly, eager pup!
