Dogs don’t really have much of an understanding of birthdays. To them, it’s just another day, and the concept of growing older isn’t really something they grasp very clearly.
We all know that they believe they’re puppies forever! But that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate those days. They’ll be happy with the attention anyway, even if they’re not sure what it’s for!
Tiger turned two years old a short while ago, and his Mom and Dad wanted to celebrate with him, so they bought him a giant cake. The pup was extremely excited to see it – a lovely brown masterpiece topped with cream and iced with his name! Mom and Dad try to get him to blow out his candle, but the pup doesn’t like or trust those flames – he just wants to stare at the cake!
We don’t know if the cake was dog-friendly so Tiger could eat it in the end, or if it was a cake for his family to celebrate with and he got a different treat later. Either way, he’s a happy pup!
