Not all pups are fortunate enough to be raised by loving forever families. Some have a rougher start in life, while others were never truly cared for. It is heartbreaking to see these innocents suffering needlessly – that is why rescue centers like the SPCA exist.
Smudge the Beagle knows just how fortunate she is, and – with her parents’ support – is using her media presence as a YouTube superstar to help raise awareness about all the things that the SPCA does. She also has done a fair bit of rescuing herself, having brought lost and abandoned souls into the loving care of the rescuers!
She normally doesn’t visit the physical location very often, but this week has been an exception – two visits in one week! On the first visit, she found a lost pup named Pippins and made sure he was cared for until his parents could find him. On the second, she went to see their vet so that she could financially support the center’s efforts!
