What pup doesn’t check out what their parents are having for dinner? It’s something we humans are guilty of doing as well – there’s something about food that makes us want to look, even if it will inevitably make us crave for something we can’t have. (And then inevitably try to steal some off that plate!)
Jaeger the German Longhaired Pointer was doing something he always does – taking a peek at what’s available on the dinner table! He knows full well he’s not allowed to snatch anything off his Dad’s plate, but that training and self-control get stretched to their limits when he sees what’s for dinner – steak!
It is so obvious how much he longs for a piece. Just take a look at his eyes! It’s a wonder that he isn’t flat out drooling at the delicious morsels right in front of him. If only Dad would be so kind and end his suffering by giving him a bit to enjoy!
