Picking out and bringing home your very first puppy is often an exciting and life-changing event! There is so much you have to do to prepare your home, your family, and your lifestyle when waiting for the day your pup can come home, and even then you can never be truly prepared.

No wonder this prospective Mom is so excited while checking out a litter of Golden Retriever puppies. How could you not squee and just how cute these balls of fluff are? It is a charm that is almost impossible to resist!

Unfortunately, these puppies are still too young to bring home just yet – they have to be 7 weeks old and fully weaned before you can officially adopt them. But that doesn’t mean that this Mom can’t choose who she wants – and it happens to be the one her sister is carrying in her arms!
