This Loving Mama Is Teaching Her Adorable Pups How to Play With A Ball!

Most Moms and Dads don’t seem to realize this, but puppies do not actually know how to play with toys from the get go!

There isn’t anything extra attractive about toys for the average pup – as any parent with a destructive puppy can quickly attest to – rather, they have to be taught to redirect their energies to the appropriate toys.

And who better suited to teaching it than a Mom? This Labrador Retriever had recently given birth to a litter of puppies, who are all still so young! These puppies have recently opened their eyes and ears, but still struggle to walk. Surely, playing is the last thing on their minds right now, right?

As soon as this mother starts nosing around a ball for her own amusement, some of the puppies watching their mother decide the strange round thing looks interesting enough. Why can’t they try copying Mom and bat it around too?
