Just about every pup out there is more than delighted to help their parents. It is just something that is hardwired into these highly-empathetic creatures – nothing makes them happier than us being happy.

This is especially so with pups who were originally bred to work – you can’t get rid of something that’s genetically coded into them!

This German Shepherd pup is a wonderful proof of that! In this video, Mom is seated on a toy scooter that normally requires your own strength to push yourself forward. But she doesn’t have to bother with anything when this pup is around – he wants to help push her along!

There’s just one tiny little problem – he may be a little too enthusiastic about helping, and it’s taking a lot of effort on Mom’s end to control the little scooter and not topple over! It’s all in good fun, at least – and he gets better at following her instructions after a bit!
