Usually when you feed your fur ball, you don’t use plastic containers or bowls because they’re easily breakable, instead you use metal or steel, something that can survive any condition. This pet mama warns us about feeding our fur balls on foam plates and what you’re about to see is horrifying.

Styrofoam is extremely dangerous to our fur balls and the foam pieces can get stuck in their intestines and cause blockages. If not treated, these blockages can be life threatening. As the pup eats it, the foam causes damage as it passes through it.

According to Ask, “Small amounts of Styrofoam may pass through the dog without causing injury. Dogs who consume Styrofoam should be examined by a veterinarian to determine if the Styrofoam has lodged within the digestive tract or has caused damage to internal organs. Styrofoam can also cause choking, if a dog accidentally inhales some of it while trying to eat it.” Please, always be careful.
