The dandelion is a yellow, flowering plant that can be seen just about anywhere.

They may be unsightly and unwanted in your front yard – but did you know they (both the root and the greens from dandelions) are full of beneficial nutrients and can help improve your health?! Some say that dandelions can help with liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts problems. It is used today as a diuretic and for minor digestive problems.
