One dog succeeded in escaping from his house in Germany over the weekend. He was ‘arrested’ by the police and returned to his home in the village of Ziegenbach.
This escapee, who probably sought out some adventure on his own, was spotted by a cycling group who halted to interact with him. After some time, they worried that the dog may be lost and was unable to find his way back home. So, they contacted the local police and waited for them to arrive while keeping the dog company. The cops, then, took the dog into their cruiser and snapped photos of themselves while driving their detainee back.
From the photos that they took, the dog looked like he was shocked to learn that he was being detained for slipping away from the house alone and also scared to face the consequences of his action. According to the police, the dog’s wide-eyed guilt-ridden look was priceless as his body appears to stiffen while one cop was gently holding him, amused.
Of course, the police did not intend to detain the canine but only return him to his family. After inquiring from the nearby town folks, the cops were able to find out where the dog’s home is and eventually reunited him with his family. Now that he had a taste of ‘arrest’ for slipping away from home, without permission, this canine would surely think twice about doing it again.
