12 Awesome Ways To Re-Live Your Childhood With Your Dogs! (Part 1)

Don’t you just hate it when someone tells you how matured you’ve become?! Personally speaking, I get tired of being an adult at times, and just want to go back and enjoy my childhood. I know it’s impossible to turn back time, but is it impossible to re-live your childhood? Nope!

Sometimes I just want to take a break from my daily job, bills and other responsibilities that come with being an adult and just go back to those carefree, fun and exciting childhood times. Sometimes we all just want to be kids again, and you know what? Your dog can help you! Dogs will allow you to unleash your inner child, re-live your childhood and be there to enjoy the fun! Here are some ways you can re-live your childhood with your dogs!

1. Take your dogs for ice cream and enjoy one yourself too! Being adult doesn’t mean you can’t lick your favorite cone of ice cream or bite down a popsicle!

2. Play frisbee at the park! Your dog would love it very much if you could re-live your childhood moments by playing frisbee with them at the park. Go nuts and enjoy yourself! Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothes though!

3. How about camping? As a teenager, I used to go camping anytime and every time I get the opportunity, but once I stepped into adulthood, this hobby took a backseat. So get out there, and enjoy yourself! Your dog would love the opportunity to see and smell new things!

4. How many of you used to build pillow or blanket forts? I did, and I loved every bit of my time there! Adulthood shouldn’t stop you from building a teepee or a fort where you can creep in with your dog to enjoy starry skies in the night!

5. How about going for a swim? We loved swimming in our childhood so what’s stopping us now? Go for a swim with your dog and get those dive moves working again! Just be careful though and make sure your dog will be safe too!

6. Doodling? It’s a great way to de-stress and re-live your childhood memories! Get a few dog-centric adult doodle books and spend your time doodling while your dog lazes on you! Nothing will make you happier, trust me!
