Refund policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order upon receiving it, please contact us at orders@adogslove.com immediately.

If you wish to return an item you purchased from us, it must be in new and undamaged condition.  You MUST contact our customer support team via email to Orders@ADogsLove.com with your order number and the email address used to place the original order.  Once the customer support team verifies the purchase and the condition of the product, they will supply you with a Return Authorization number and the proper address to send the product to.  The customer is responsible for the costs of any return shipping, packaging, tracking, and insurance.

Any refund due after the return of a product will be given to original form of payment, and will be processed within 3-5 business days of the receipt of the product, unless otherwise instructed by customer support.
