Short people are constantly wondering if there’s anything they can do to stop being vertically challenged, why? We live in a tall-man’s world. he tallest man gets the bestest things… or is it the shortest that gets there first?

Yes, but grocery shopping is a challenge. With shelves stacked so high, it becomes difficult for us to grab a necessity. But what happens when short people decide to become dog parents? Here are some things only short dog parents understand! Oh, and here’s Part 1, in case you missed it!

1. You avoid making your dog too excited in public because if they jump on you, you land straight on the ground. The love they have for you just makes them forget that you are vertically challenged. But on the inside, you love it!

2. Assuming you have a big dog, snuggling them is like snuggling a grown human. Except, it’s better than snuggling a grown human. What’s not to like?

3. If you have big dogs, people often stare at you, wondering how you manage them, you know, considering your height. But you manage just fine. Size doesn’t matter. Except when you want something from the top shelf, then it does.

4. When you want people to stop staring at you because you’re short, you wear heels when walking your dog. You ace every step of it. But seriously, don’t walk your dog in heels. It isn’t safe for you.
