10 Ways Your Dog Can Fix Your Poor Sleeping Habits! (Part 1)

There are so many reasons why you should bring home a dog, trust me. If I were to list them all down, it would take me months to get halfway there! Dogs are precious, but did you know that they have the power to fix your poor sleeping habits?

Sleep becomes better when you’re not stressed, and dogs can help you achieve lower stress levels. They want you to be happy and will do practically anything to make sure you are! Dogs have the potential of helping you regulate your sleep, too! Here are some ways they can help you get a good night’s sleep!

1. They’re your personal alarm clock with no off button. So the only way to stop them is to wake up!

2. If you want to be able to keep up with your four-legged pooch, you need some shut-eye. It’s not practical to run and play when you’re only half-awake!

3. Watch them get the zoomies… it’ll make you spin too. And that spinning, my friend, is a great way to induce some quality sleep.

4. Spooning, anyone? A dog’s hug is miracle cure to everything and anything. Tried that yet?

5. A warm bed is equal to a good night’s sleep. Your dog is an expert at keeping your bed warm!
