On 12-11-12 eleven beagles were rescued from an animal research laboratory and brought to freedom just in time for a very happy holiday! The Beagle Freedom Project along with Students for Animal Rights Education and Advocacy fought to make this dream a reality for these 11 pups and the result is just beautiful!
Watch as their fear quickly turns to joy and get ready for tears of happiness! We need more people like the Beagle Freedom Project group in this world!
They also explain why beagles are so commonly used in testing and sadly, it’s the same reason that makes them wonderful parts of the family, but our hope is one day, every dog will be in a loving home and there will be no more animal testing!
