It’s true that dogs don’t like it at all when you leave them alone in the house for hours and hours. They get bored, they miss you and they have nothing to do. Imagine being locked up for hours, what would you do? We may spend time on social media, but our dogs can’t do that. Here’s Part 1, in case you missed it!
So here are some ways to take care of your dogs when you have a fulltime job.
1. Hire a good dog walker
While it would be awesome for dogs to walk themselves and return home, sadly that’s not the world we live in, because they can get lost and go missing. Find someone you can trust to take your dogs out for a walk in the middle of the day. If they know dog CPR, and they’re trustworthy, you’ve hit a jackpot!
2. Try sneak in at home if you’re closeby!
Your dogs would love to see you, trust me, they’re going to explode with excitement! If your workplace is close by, and if you can sneak home for a few minutes, it would mean everything to your dogs. Popping in during a break will be therapeutic for you and your dog and seeing his face would make your day smooth too!
3. Take your dog with you!
There are some companies that allow you to bring your dogs to work, so if this is a possibility, look into it! Your dogs can actually help you and your colleagues perform better at work! Take everything you will need to keep your dogs comfortable while you work and during a break, spend as much time as you can with them!
How many of you do this? Let us know in the comments!
