These adorable beagle pups are standing at the French doors looking at something very interesting happening outside. Can you guess? Maybe, but let me tell you it’s something that happens over 20 times a day!
So what do you think these beagle pups are looking at outside their French doors? Yep that’s right. Squirrels! According to the original uploader, “We go through this at least 20 times a day. Since they can stand at the french doors and look out at the back yard, they see every squirrel that comes in the yard and MUST chase it. Its in the beagle handbook.”
So why do you think your fur balls chase squirrels? According to YourDogsFriend, “Dogs that chase are exhibiting a perfectly natural behavior. They are not being aggressive; they are simply satisfying their prey drive. Different dogs may respond to different triggers, though – joggers, bicyclists, cars, children running, fast-moving animals, including other dogs, cats, and one of their favorites, squirrels.”
Now take a look at these fur balls doing what they do best on page 2 below!
