Adorable Dachshund Takes Forever To Get Comfy In Bed!

Everyone meet Lexi, an adorable dachshund pup who’s taking forever circling her bed before she finally falls asleep! We’re going to find out why she’s doing that here!

Lexi, the adorable dachshund pup is circling her bed a thousand times before she decides it’s just right and fine enough for her to lie down!

According to Mychelle Blake, MSW, CDBC, CAE Chief Executive Officer for The Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), “Some speculate that it has to do with ‘making a nest’ and the dog is doing the motions of trampling down grass, leaves, etc. to flatten them out and make a suitable bed.”

Blake also adds that, “They’re moving in a circular motion to position themselves into the optimal position to keep their body warm while sleeping.” Well, whatever the reason may be, Lexi is taking forever! Take a look on page 2 below!
