Adorable Pup Gets Groomed By Her Best Friend And Sister, A Cat!

No matter what kind of animal species you are, grooming is highly important! It creates social bonding, establishes a social hierarchy, and maintains physical health.

If we humans help each other zip up clothes and wash our pups, then it goes without reason that animals have similar instincts that can be applied cross-species!

Cats, as we all know, are meticulous groomers. Not only for themselves but also for those that they love and are close to. Many cat owners have decided to take a nap on the floor, only to find themselves covered in kitties trying to groom their hair! It can be a little odd for us parents, so we can’t imagine what Ruby the Dachshund feels about being cleaned by Pixie, her kitty sister.

Considering the traditional rivalry between cats and dogs, it’s so nice to see these two playing together so well! Props to their parents for well-done socialization, and may they have many more happy days to come!
