This Army Veteran Was Arrested After Saving A Dog From A Hot Car. We Say He's A Hero!

An army veteran saw a distressed dog in a hot car with the owner nowhere to be found.

People were gathered around the car, waiting for police to arrive, but this vet wasn’t one to wait and see if the dog would pass out. He took action and smashed the car window to save the little dog before overheating. When the owner arrived on the scene, she wasn’t happy.
