Sandy is a 6 year old Golden retriever that appears to be like a mom to Ringo, a 14 week old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy.
The family decided to go for a walk one morning but they are walking along a trail with a cliff on one side so safety is extra important – especially for a young pup like Ringo! Even adult dogs can get into trouble near cliffs, but with puppies not being quite so coordinated yet, it’s extra important for them to keep a safe distance. So what was the solution?
Well, naturally, Sandy the golden grabs Ringo’s leash and walks him, bringing him away from the cliff when he gets too close. This is too cute for words – she looks so proud of herself too!
