This one-year-old was involved in a horrific car accident and his Mom Kate Donovan, 51, from Warndon, Worcestershire, was advised to have him put down but Bilbo’s mom wasn’t about to give up on her fur kid. She got other opinions and ultimately, found a great solution to help Bilbo live his life like a happy beagle once again.
