Some dogs eat their meals too fast, and this hurried eating can be a risk factor for gastric torsion which is a life threatening condition. If your fur kid is a fast eater, it’s a good idea to slow them down so their bodies can handle the food as it comes in and eating can be a safe experience. It’s because so many fur kids like to eat so fast that things like Slo-Bowl have come out and Marie the beagle is here to test it out and show us what she thinks of it.
At first, when Marie’s human puts the Slo-Bowl down with food in it, she does a double take, looking at the bowl and her human as if to ask “How am I supposed to get that food?” However, after careful examination, she finally digs in and shows us how the bowl works.
