It can be a depressing thought to realize that illegal puppy mills still exist in many parts of the world – but the good news is, rescuers are doing their best to set things right.
One of these efforts was seen in San Diego Country, where 42 fur balls, all beagle and Pomeranian mixes, were rescued by the National Mill Dog Rescue from one such facility.
These poor fur balls may have never set foot out of the cage, but thanks to these rescuers, they’re now finally experiencing a taste of freedom. They’ll soon be on their way to the Rancho Coastal Humane Society and the Four Paws Coonhound Rescue and Friends, where they will have medical examinations and be spayed and neutered before being sent to new loving homes.
These pups are all available of adoption soon, and if you or anyone you know is interested, you can submit an adoption application here. Please like and share to spread the word!
