According to the original uploader on YouTube, “Meet the beagle who’s defied all the odds to walk on wheels after he broke his back in a horrific car accident. Bilbo, the one-year-old beagle, was involved in a horrific car accident last October and his owner Kate Donovan, 51, from Warndon, Worcestershire, was advised to have him put down.” But this pup still had it in him to live.
