Deuce may look like any other adorable pup, but his story is something extraordinary. Deuce is a bipedal dog who recently found a happy home with a man named Ken Rogers and his wife Melissa.
While dogs like Deuce are just as capable of offering love, companionship, and joy, they face higher rates of euthanasia when pitted against more able-bodied dogs up for adoption. In fact, most dogs like Deuce never even make it out of the places they are born. Some breeders routinely euthanize puppies born without front legs, believing nobody will want them. Deuce is proving them all wrong though!
