Brave Golden Retriever Pup Saves Family From A Massive House Fire

This adorable and super brave golden retriever pup is being hailed as a hero for what he’s done for his family in Nova Scotia. Had he not been there, no one can even imagine what would have happened there.

Early this week, a Nova Scotia family was woken up by their golden retriever’s relentless barking at about 4 in the morning. His parents and two sisters woke up to realized the shock that their house was quickly filling with smoke.

The homeowner’s mother Joan Fraser, who was patting the hero fur ball’s head, said, “He started barking because the smoke was coming and that’s what got them all up and got them safe. He’s our hero, he certainly is. You often hear a tale of a dog saving somebody’s life. But you don’t put any heed into it, but now we have one right here that saves four people’s lives,”

Thanks to their fur ball, the family had just enough time to escape the massive house fire that ate up everything inside the house, leaving them with very little in their hands. Although the firefighters responded quickly, unfortunately the entire house was burned to the ground. What started the fire is still being investigated. Take a look at the story on page 2 below.
