Can You Help The Pennsylvania Police Find This Dog Abuser?

Mid this month, a woman was seen dumping a severely emaciated pup outside a shelter. The CCTV camera have picked up images and now the police need your help.

The pup, who has now been named Annie, weighed only 6 pounds when she was cruelly abandoned outside a shelter without any note. Not only was she severely emaciated, she also had multiple open wounds and she was covered in fleas.

The shelter, Peaceable Kingdom Animal Shelter in Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, had CCTV cameras outside and thus they were able to capture the photo of the woman who abandoned the pup. Take a look at this photo on page 2 below.

When Annie, a poodle mix, was found, the rescuers realized that she had no fat at all and was only skin and bones. Apart from that she was also suffering from severe anemia.

I can’t even imagine what kind of cruelty and abuse this poor pup may have gone through…Please SHARE this post with everyone you know so Annie gets justice.
