Couple Spend $150,000 To Clone Their Beloved Labrador Pup After He Passes Away

Everyone meet Edgar and Nina Otto, a couple who recently lost their Labrador pup and instead of mourning and moving on, they decided to do something special – pay $150,000 to have their beloved dog cloned.

Their Labrador pup called Sir Lancelot suddenly passed away, but this family wasn’t prepared to say goodbye. About 4 years before he passed away, this family managed to store some of their beloved pup’s DNA and used that to clone their fur kid.

Thanks to the San Francisco firm called BioArts and the Sooam Biotech Research Foundation in South Korea, this family can hold their pup once again for $150,000. Sir Lancelot’s DNA was injected into the egg of a surrogate dog and the new puppy was named Lancelot Encore! Take a look at this incredible video on page 2 below!
