If you weren’t aware of this fact, some pups just do not bark. Usually it is a breed-related thing (like how Samoyeds and Huskies will normally opt to howl over barking), but some pups just prefer to go straight into howling!
Perhaps they fancy themselves to be aspiring singers.
Jekyll the Beagle pup, like many of his breed, likes to bay. Unlike most Beagle pups like his sibling, however, he insists only on baying! No barks for this pup – we go straight into singing instead! Luckily for the unbelieving, Mom decided to record this pup in action and upload it onto YouTube.
In this video, Jekyll is relaxing in his pup bed, underneath a bright window when his sibling starts dashing back and forth between the window and the door. This catches his attention – just what is going on? And of course, in order to communicate like any other pup, he starts howling!
