Dog Obsessed With Snow Moves Into Snow Cave She Discovered On A Walk

For many dogs playing in the snow is an incredibly fun pastime. For this Samoyed named Echo, the snow has always been her favorite. Her mom Jennifer Wang says that she always buries her head into the large piles, and digs many holes in the snow around their yard.

On a recent occurrence, Echo took her love for snow a bit too far. When she was on a walk with her mom, they came across a snowy cave that was dug into the side of some snow piles.

At first, Echo wasn’t sure what to do when she saw this, but after thinking it through for a minute or two, she dived right in. Before Jennifer knew it, Echo had fallen into this cozy little snow cave. After a few minutes, Echo ended up turning around and poking her head out, which made her fit in perfectly. Jennifer got to snap a photo and show all her friends Echo’s new crib.

After they were able to finally get Echo out of her new cave, the pair continued home. A few days later, Echo and Jennifer walked by the same cave, and Echo immediately recognized it. She dove back in and began munching on the snow around the entrance. Jennifer tried hard to get Echo out of the cave, and after a lot of coaxing and treats, she finally went with Jennifer.

Echo’s love for snow is one that will never go away, and the love that she now has for her cave is another one for the books. Jennifer and Echo return to this hidden cave on all their walks, and every time Echo treats it like an old friend!
