Dog Wouldn't Go On Walks Without Taking A Loaf Of Bread With Him!

Nikolai enjoys carrying things around in his mouth. He has been doing it since his days as a puppy. Sometimes it was his toys; other times, it was something his mom, Allie Rudman, needed.

Narrating the story, Rudman said that Nikolai started bringing the things he felt she needed to go out with. He began with basics, such as her shoes or car keys, before moving to other things. When Nikolai wants to take his walks now, he will carry something. Sometimes, it could be his toys; other times, it is something random but funny.

Recently, Nikolai’s mom went to Target to buy some groceries. Later that day, she asked Nikolai whether he’d like to go for a walk. Excited, the dog went straight to the kitchen and took a loaf of bread his mom had bought earlier from Target.

It was a really funny scene for Rudman as she allowed him to carry it for the walk while laughing through the entire walk. Although Nikolai has carried several funny things during his walk, the loaf of bread stunt got many people rolling with laughter and admiration.

Rudman recalls that some neighborhood kids felt it was a great thing as they all laughed at the cute Nikolai. These days, Nikolai has developed a love for carrying baked goods. Sometimes, you’d see him with mini bagels; other times, rice cakes.

It’s always a delightful surprise what he’d take on the next walk, and everyone looks forward to seeing it.
