This English Bulldog Helped Her Owner To Get Back On Her Feet!

Tania Ahsan received a 4-month-old English bulldog puppy as a gift from her boyfriend, but she wasn’t initially sold on the idea at first.

“It was a really sweet gesture, but I was working crazy hours at the time and I’d never had a pet before, not even so much as a goldfish,” says 31-year-old Ahsan.

After she broke up with her boyfriend, Maya her bulldog was there to help her get back on her feet!

Tania began photographing Maya and posting images to the dog’s Instagram account, and everything changed as New York businesses reposted the photos one day. Her account began to attract a fan base outside of Ahsan’s usual social network.

“Whatever you are going through, are able to bring humor to your life when you are feeling low,” she says. “Maya is a joy. I honestly don’t know if I would have gotten through the hard times without her.”
