Family Opens Their Van Only To See An Abandoned Pup Sitting Inside

When this woman in Lanarkshire was gazing out her window one day, she didn’t expect to see a car drive up and dump something into her husband’s van through an open window.

And when she rushed outside to investigate, she definitely did not expect to be face to face with a frightened pup curled up in the front passenger seat. The malnourished pup was all skin and bones, and the woman quickly called Scottish SPCA, who rushed to take the pup in.

The pup, who was named Kenny, was taken to the organization’s local shelter. To everyone’s surprise, despite being abandoned and clearly not well cared for, Kenny was discovered to have an incredibly sweet and caring personality that shone through with rescuers.

As inspector with the Scottish SPCA, Louise Seddon, said that she and her team are working on reviewing CCTV footage and finding the person who heartlessly dumped the pup. They are hoping that those who may recognize the pup can come forward with information.
