Meet Shelby! Shelby the English Bulldog hasn’t experiences rain before in her young puppy life but today, she’s sitting outside in the backyard and something wet has started falling from the sky.
Little droplets of water come falling down and she is completely perplexed as to what this stuff is! The startled pup the looks up trying to figure out where the water is coming from, but it just doesn’t make sense!
