German Shepherd On Euthanasia List Because Of Severe Leg Wounds Gets A Second Chance In Life!

This is Queenie. This poor German shepherd dog had been on a shelter’s euthanasia list because she had severe leg wounds. Luckily, she was pulled out just in time and taken to Vet Ranch!

Dr. Karri and her staff took the young German shepherd dog in. Poor Queenie had lots of health issues that needed immediate treatment. She had several sores all over her body, demodex, and terrible wounds on her right front leg. It’s was so bad that her bones and tendon were showing, but Vet Ranch didn’t let that stop them. They doctored her up and changed her bandages daily and even though Queenie came in with a lot of pain, after several weeks of treatment, she finally healed up!

Once she got the go-ahead from Dr. Karri, Queenie went on to her forever loving home so she could start her happily ever after! We have no idea how she got all these wounds and skin issues, but we are so glad she was saved and got a second chance at love.
