Does your dog love or hate to take a bath? It is quite possible most dogs just tolerate the bath and only ‘participate’ in the bathing ritual so they can get a treat!

Dogs probably don’t fully grasp the necessity of taking a bath. Did their ancient ancestors hop into a tub and have lavender scented soap rubbed into their coats – no! So, for many dogs, bathing is just a time to get wet, smell funny, and then get a treat! Well, Ziva, a German Shepherd, is not that kind of dog! Ziva loves (really loves) to take a bath.

In fact, all you have to do is put a little water in the tub, and she will give herself a bath! That is how much she loves them! When she is done, she will jump out and shake all the water off! Then she heads for the nearest couch to rub herself dry! Go ahead and watch Ziva go!
