He Lost His Dog But Another One Was There To Help Him Overcome His Sadness

Nato is a sweet rottweiler who helped to brighten this man’s day.

They met one day when he was taking a walk in the park with his dad, Dan McPierson. They both spotted an older gentleman sitting on a bench close by. There seemed to be something wrong with him, but Nato didn’t know why. All he knew was that he wanted to help.

His dad, knowing how Nato was, allowed him to go over to the bench. It was then that he learned that the man who grieving the loss of his dog. He recognized him from seeing him in the park before with his own dog. She was sort of like Nato, and that made the man smile. What dad wouldn’t be proud of a son that helped to cheer up others?

Nato and the strange man became friends that day. His thoughtfulness helped to lift him out of a dark and depressing place, even for just a moment. Nato’s dad is used to him going out of his way to help others. That’s just the type of dog that he is. He gets along well with others, and he has a ton of friends. Some of them even cry because they are going through tough times, but Nato helped them to feel better.

Even though he can’t talk or say encouraging speeches, Nato’s presence has touched a lot of people. Dan is happy to be the father of a dog that can touch people in this way.
