Are you a fan of labrador pups? Well, you’re about to meet a really special one! Introducing Rowdy, an adorable purebred black lab pup who has developed vitiligo in the last two years.
The condition affects pigmentation and makes certain areas appear lighter than others. In Rowdy, it manifests in two beautiful white circles around his eyes! This adorable pup gets a lot of attention when he goes out on walks with Mommy Niki Umbenhower. Plenty of people walk up to pet him and he sometimes, he gets treats from them. This fur ball definitely loves the attention!
He also has a fan base on social media, with many comments comparing him to masked characters like Deadpool and Spawn. In even better news, the American Vitiligo Research Foundation (AVRF) have made Rowdy the face of a campaign to show children that being different is okay.
