If There's One Thing This Pup Loves, It's Brushing! Look At His Happy Face!

We are about to get a grooming lesson from Reuben, the bulldog’s dad. Dad starts the video by telling us that one of Reuben’s favorite things is the brush – or it is being brushed?

As you will see, Reuben does get very excited to see the yellow brush in dad’s hand and has a hard time controlling his excitement! Once dad starts to brush Reuben, the big bulldog is happy to stand there and be pampered! Brushing your dog is a necessary part of life. Brushing allows you to clean their fur, check for cuts or scrapes, and is a good way to bond with your dog.

Some dogs require more brushing – the long-haired dogs or those with undercoats. But, there is no reason why a short haired dog like Reuben should go without a little brushing! The humane society suggest your groom your dog every few days no matter how long their coat is!
