In An Attempt To Find Loving Homes, Stray Dogs In Parking Lot Asked Everyone For Help

When we see videos or images of dogs desperately trying to gain the attention of those passing by, we find ourselves feeling heartfelt sympathy for them. These actions are generally done as a desperate plea for food, water, or shelter.

As dog lovers, it is beyond our understanding as to how and why people would abandon dogs like that, exposing them to a lifetime of neglect and unfair consequences. Luckily, there are good people out there who are able to spot these desperate dogs, and they go out of their way to do something about it.

Recently, a woman, Destiny Vasquez was in the parking lot of a drive-thru, when she spotted an abandoned dog desperately asking for help. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that there were two dogs who stayed together begging for help.

Vasquez asked the employees about the dogs, and they said the dogs are abandoned and live together. It also appeared that the dogs literally beg at every car to be helped and given a home.

Vasquez’s mom shelters many dogs and upon call, came to the scene. She saw these two dogs and asked Leslie Hennings, who raises awareness for animals in need to see how she could help the duo.

Leslie posted videos on social media and caught the attention of a volunteer at Animal Aid Brigade. Ana Teran was the one who saw it and immediately responded. Driving four hours from her home, Ana came to the rescue and took the dogs in!

Teran is now fostering the two dogs and they are truly happy to have a home!
