As a parent, bedtime is the loveliest time of day! The trouble is that our children think that bedtime is the worst time of day and they will do whatever they can to postpone the inevitable!
A bedtime routine is the best way to ease your child into accepting the idea that soon it will be time to go to sleep. Brush their teeth, give them a bath, read them stores, or play one final game before lights out! You do what you can to get them in bed so you can try to regain some peace and quiet in your life.
